Good Morning,
Something is eating my dahlia leaves. I have looked for slugs but cannot find any in the pots or on the plant. But when I move the leaves around looking -very tiny white flies come flying out. Is this whatis causing my problem and if so what would be the best way to rid the plants of these. Pretty soon i will have the best looking line of potted "sticks" in the backyard.
Thank you for any help
dahlias are being eaten by white flies
Hi Oldhat. Whiteflies are "sapsuckers" and leave plant leaves with yellow mottling and sticky residue, but they do not eat leaves in the classic sense of the word. here is some info on whitefly control.
