I said my rhubarb was "black" well the roots are black, not the leaves, the leaves are shot thru with tiny holes however...... slugs maybe......my rhubarb leaves are greenish/yellow, stalks pink but thin....roots deep brown or black.
I really watered it deeply and it looks a little better.....soil is terrible where it is growing. Want to make a raised bed....and fill it with manure/compose etc. and move it in the Fall..... Raised bed will be the big problem however as I am carpentry handicapped..
