It was beautiful today

Rocky Ctr Channel Gardens done up with tons of hydrangea, heuchera and white crape myrtles. Real nice.

Went to Ocean City NJ today. Absotutely GORGEOUS!!! The kids had a ball. I do not usually enjoy the beach, but today was exceptional!

Jeff is hoping to finish the garage roof today. Son came over this morning to help get the panels up on the roof. Now to get them screwed down. Thankful there isn't much wind today.

Also thankful today isn't going to be as hot as tomorrow.

Not surprised. Asked the guy to quote a new system to replace this one. He said about $2500 for 3 or 3.5 ton.

That's all???? how can it possibly be that low? just the condensor for 3 ton is over $3000, our cost
