t-storm right now - need the rain!!

we got .28" from that one t-storm, more expected thru out the day

Crazy wind this AM.

Thunderstorm & rain this morning, but I don't think lightning was near. In the 60s. Going up to 80+ next weekend which I don't like!

Whoa - getting whacked!!!

Got 0.6 inch in just a few minutes. Temp dropped to 62!

Raining again and I hear thunder in the distance

Another storm rolled through at 4.....one more line approaching....getting tired of comforting the dog!

another .29" from that downpour but boy did it get steamy here, def did NOT cool things off

Wind changed and blew the muggies away, windows are open

Brownville, Maine ~ The weekend storm dumped about 8 inches of rain on Brownville in about six hours, with at least 6 inches coming in two or three hours. The heavy rains washed out roads, one was 5 feet deep and 20 to 30 feet wide, a motorist was killled when he drove into it. The rain fall was so severe it washed out the dirt from under railroad tracks and the tracks actually twisted. Freight had to be cancelled in that area until clean up crews can get in there and fix it. The Mayor is traveling there today to access the damage, it's been declared a State of Emergency/.

Last week of June & I had to come inside because I was cold!!

me too.. going to need a bigger blanket tonight!!.. was out on the deck and my exposed tootsie was cold

My arms & legs were cold...& the dog was cold, too...the weeds will live for another day.....

what a GORGEOUS night, not a great day for the kiddies to start their swim lessons though, even the coaches were shivering

Yes, perfect. Toughen those kids (and coaches) up!

oh yeah.. those swim lessons at day camp were at 7:30 AM in an unheated pool.. talk about a wake up!!!
