Bedraggled Bloodgood maple

My (formerly) beautiful maple still has not shown signs of regaining former beauty. Only growing random sprays of (not red) leaves. Anything I can do? Thanks

Can you give more info as you indicate you have asked the same question before, not being rude but dont want to give the wrong info as thats as bad a no answer at all.
