My vine honeysuckle grew beautifully last year, approximately 5 foot tall and 2 foot wide using a trellis and fence with an abundance of flowers... It is now toward the end of May and it looks dead, just old looking branches, no buds or greenery. Is it dead? Will it come back next year, this is only it,s 3 rd year.
