Thanks Jackie and Dany. Yes that looks like maybe rust started maybe when the leaves got wet from from a bit of rain. I'll be removing leaves as they show signs of rust.

Beautiful blooms Dany! Hope to see lots more of your mg's blooms.

Sorry mine are repeats.

Beautiful blooms Dany and Helena.

I finally have buds on a few of mine but nowhere near ready yet, :-(

Surely some of you are growing a few glories. How about sharing some pics?

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie. I agree with you, there should be others growing morning glories that could share their pictures. We do have an silent audience.

First bloom has a bit of defects but the color is blue purple.
2nd bloom has a lighter color bloom from the others.
Fuchsia pink.
Lighter stripes on some of the blooms.
Chocolate with Blushing Bride.

Pretty blooms Helena. I love the Choc and Blushing Bride blooms pic.

My Blushing Bride sd finally germinated

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie. Glad your BB seed germinated, I'm thinking of maybe starting some more mg seeds. Last year it seems I had lots more, just wanted to make sure I got some of the neat ones this year. Guess there's time for more, been trying to get to the weeds out first.

It's been raining since last night so my mg's are getting a soaking.

I'm back. Well I finally got my seed, 20 MG varieties! I have been soaking a few every night and already have 12 kinds in germination trays. Some of the seeds are old but they seem to be hydrating well. I added a few other plants to the center of the MG garden. These are plants I have grown from seed also; mongolian sunflowers, single babies breath, cupid's dart, and maiden pinks. I'll keep you posted on the MG progress.

Nice blooms Helena. I hope you do start more sds since I know you will share with us. I love seeing
all the pretty pics, just makes my day
We got a good soaking Sun night and Monday. The 1st rain was so hard, it just ran off but the next day we got a slow soaker, just what we needed.
I've got 2 unknowns coming along, can't wait to see what they are, both from 09 unknown sd stashes.

Enjoying my pandurata blooms

Dee glad your seeds arrived, looking forward to your pics. :-)

Dee, glad you got your seeds going, I'm sure it's going to be real pretty once they start blooming. I like your cactus collection, I have a few too.

Thanks Jackie. Your Pandy looks really pretty. Glad you got rain too. Well, I went through some of my seeds and am soaking a few more. Tomorrow I might do a bit more. Looking forward to your blooms too Jackie.

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie and Debra. Sounds like you had a great vacation but glad to see your blooms! Pictures please.

Jackie, keep an eye on those buds sometimes they bloom sooner than you expect them to. I know I missed a few of mine too.

My mg's got drenched by the rain this morning, only 2 pictures.

Your blooms look especially pretty today Helena. I guess all that good rain they got. My favorite today is
bloom # 1 with what looks like a pale pink eye to go with the soft blue and white, striking.

This orchid cactus was beautiful the other day and the fragrance is wonderful.

Hige on the fence today
