Hi all, I hope you can make some suggestions. A friend paid for a landscape plan, with the thought of buying and planting everything herself. The plan calls for several Juniper bushes called Nick's Compact, but local nurseries do not have that variety. Is there another Juniper variety that is similar in growth habit and size that she could substitute?
Substitute for Nick's Compact Juniper
Ahhhh Juniper.......... landscapers most common plant... I'm obviously not a fan, but if she really wants it, there are a bunch of other Junipers that are low growing and spreading(sometimes obnoxiously so)

You can also just do a search for 'Juniperus chinensis' and check out who has compact versions, maybe she can just order Nicks Compacta online
