Does anyone have experience growing one of these or know enough about apples to tell me if my spartan apple or crab apple will do to pollinate my urban (tm) columnar apple 'tangy green'(tm)? After researching on my own, I was not able to find anything other than a variety was needed for cross pollination. I only have one and wanted to see if regular apples would pollinate or if I would HAVE to buy another variety of columnar apple to do it. Thanks for your help!

Any apples or crabapples will pollinate any other apples or crabapples.
