I soaked Morning Glory seeds overnight and then planted them in peat pellets. Now after four days they have all sprouted. The seed packet said to start them indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost which would be May 17 in my area. Do I keep them covered with plastic or leave them bare. I am going to put them in pots but I think it may still be to cool to put them outside. Should I just put them into the pot I plan to put outside abnd wait till it's warm As you can tell I'm not sure what to do now.

I always take the plastic covers off once the seeds have sprouted--otherwise I've found it's way too easy to keep things too wet and end up rotting the seedlings.

If you want to play it safe, I'd wait until after your last frost date to plant them outside. But once they get a little bigger, you can work on gradually adjusting them to outdoor conditions--the temperatures are different outside and the light level is more intense so you need to gradually "harden them off" by exposing them to longer and longer periods outside, until they are finally ready to spend all their time there. Chance are by the time you let them grow a little and get through that adjustment phase you'll be at a good point in time to plant them in the ground.

Watch where you plant morning glories because they are worse than weeds and will choke all your plants. They come up by the 1000;s the next year! I like them on a fence in a grassy area not in the garden!
