concord grape disease

I have a very old concord grapevine that for the past two years has had a disease that causes a black spot on the grapes before it ripens and before it can ripen all the way, they shrival up and die. I have sprayed it with organic spray, but, it seems not to be strong enough. Any suggestios? I really use the grapes for canning. Thanks

It would help if you posted some pictures showing any symptoms, like spots of leaves.
