concord grape disease

For the past two years, my very old concord grape vine has had a disease that consists or a black spot on them while the grapes are green and before they ripen they shrival up and die. I have srayed with organic spray but, I don't think it is strong enough. I use the grapes for jellies and juice, but, for the last two years have not been able to make any. Any suggestiosn?
