Can anyone tell me why a snake plants leaves might be getting soft and wilting/curling over?

Could be overwatering or underwatering--symptoms are similar. They're not super thirsty plants though and the #1 killer of houseplants is overwatering, so I think it's more likely you're watering too much rather than too little.
