So far so good. It's a cellulitis - a skin infection, but she is already responding very well to the antibiotics. Thanks to all.

Hope your Dad gets some answers, Allison.....Victor, I'm happy the your MIL is doing better....my Mom has been having a knee problem....xray showed arthritis & osteoporosis, so not really too much can be done...maybe a cortisone shot....

Some good news for a change. My niece is pregnant! Due in early November. Teasing my bro for being a grandpa! But nice when you are still young enough to really enjoy them. He is 52. My niece is only 22. Kind of young I think, but we are all happy anyway. Her hubby is a real nice guy.

Good news, Great Uncle! I've always used straight club soda to get out wine stains, but when the stain was fresh....don't know about an old stain.....

Congrats to your niece, Victor! 22 is not too young. At least she's not in her teens. When you think about it, though, back in the old days, like during pioneer times, people got married and had kids a lot younger than they do now. But then they didn't live as long, either, and kids matured a lot sooner than they do now.
