Zone 8a Outdoor Hanging Plant for March thru ???

Hi,

New gardener here... I live in the seattle area and need two hanging plants for the front (west facing and shaded by a large evergreen). I would love color and would like to help out bees and hummingbirds if possible.

What are my options other than CA Fushias that are available in most stores now?
