Received my Holland Bulb order today.

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

WOW!!! Celeste, love those choices!!!!!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I went to go check them out and had a dyslexic moment wondering why there were no listings for River Blooms

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Maybe Jo has a thread for river blooms? River buds? April river bloom buds?

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

nice celeste - i would plant sango kaku in a container and bring it in for the winter - very tender jm

picked up a black dragon myself last week at a local nursery. And the shipping confirmations are starting, have some stuff from HCG and Avant Gardens showing up this week - last week a large order from Breck's was potted up.

Thomaston, CT

I'm drooling over that sango kaku!

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

Oh, big time plant envy here! Do you think they say people have "green eyes" because they're jealous of the plants? I especially want Don Eglof Eastern Redbud, and all the conifers too! JMs maybe next year.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Thanks everyone, and thanks Bill for the tip. It said z5 but I wondered if it would be.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I see lots of plants in my future

My American Meadows order shipped today and my Bluestone order is also shipping this week

Thomaston, CT

The only plants I am buying now are groundcovers.....

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

all that groundcover talk on the other thread really got to you, huh???? hee hee

Thomaston, CT

Yep!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Received my American Meadows order...their stuff is smaller than Bluestone's but looks really healthy

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow - smaller than Bluestone! Microscopic.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I always read Lazy S'S differently too

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Received a second FW order. Hydrangea sargentiana and three JMs - Tsuma gaki, Dr. Brown and Ruslyn in the Pink.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Speaking of spending. I have wanted to replace this walk with something more whimsical.I talked to a landscaper yeaterday about a casual garden path using some of the stone thats there and recycled materials like old brick etc.
Depending on the estimate I will have them do the job.

Celeste, nice plants, but be careful with the cryptomeria japonica. I had the Spiralis variety in a pot for many years, finally decided to put it in the ground last year, protected it, but still lost half of the needles, makes me sick to look at it. I suspect it is very borderline for zone 5.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

UHG! Thanks for the tip, that makes 2 plants to stay in pots!

Thomaston, CT

Went to Lowe's and came home with just mulch...no plants...

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I bought some salvia plants that will be in pots as well.. had to try em

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Also received my first order from Hydrangeas Plus. Nice looking, bushy plants!
