I'm sure I've seen this on here before but I havent found any detail about it yet. This condition seems to be fairly common around the neighborhood and I was wondering what we should do about it -- if anything. Is it something we have to get a handle on or can we just ignore it?
What is the plant? Burning bush?
Actually this tends to be happening to Cedar Elms in the area
