Mail order source for 'Tecumseh' compact river birch?

I'm looking for a Web / mail order source for 'tree-lings' - young trees that can be purchased for direct shipment to consumers (usually 1 to 3 feet height) at reasonable prices.
Specifically I'm looking for Betula nigra 'Tecumseh' (tm) Compact River Birch. Does anyone know of a source? I've looked online a bit already.
