I have 3 Christmas Cactus plants in those small 3-4" plastic gift pots. The plants have been blooming for a few years but did not bloom this past season. They are beginning to look lanky & thin so I'd like to repot them. I'm wondering if any harm will be done if I combine all 3 into one bigger pot (proportionately bigger size) rather than doing 3 one-size-bigger pots ... any advice would be much appreciated.

Christmas Cactus repotting - 3 small plants or one big pot?
I would go with the one big pot. You end up with a much nicer display and you'll probably get better growth. I think that your notion to repot is a good one - something in my experience needs to be done every few years. You might also consider letting the resulting pot get a cooling off period with temps a bit lower than the plants are in now - cooling off helps set new bloom when the season rolls around.
I did exactly that. It turned out very well. I have a few more small ones that I'm going to do the same thing with.
just remember to use easily draining mix -- maybe cactus mix. although the Christmas Cactus plants enjoy regular watering, the new pot needs to drain quickly
