Hi friends these are the pics of cuttings from a pothos vine. I feel it can be rooted in sand (70%) + loam (30%) mix.By the way are the projections between the leaves roots?.

Since there are two of them (if roots) between leaf 2&3 and other between leaf 3&4 (see from bottom)..Can I make two separate pothos vines from it?

Hi Ganesh. Pothos is very easy to root. It can be rooted in regular potting soil kept evenly moist or even in water. here is some additional info.
