Both of you greenhouses look so cozy and welcoming. Someday I hope to have one too.
Show Us Your Snow!
I'm still thinking about moving it over here. I told the renter if she buy's the house I will probably move it. One of the many projects I want done right now.
Here's another pic of the outside when it was newer. She's looking a little weathered now. Last winter we got a weird wind that blew one the self-opening windows open, lifted one of the panes out, and flew it about 10 feet away where it landed impaled in the snow on end. (without breaking!) It was in there so hard, we had to break the ice around it before we could lift it out. They are just used sliding glass door panels that we got at a yard sale or something.
That is SO cute!
Love it.
Was it retrofitted into the shed or built that way?
Where did the corbels (?) in the glass-brick row come from?
That's a great greenhouse. Thanks for the picture!
I was wondering about that also sk. They add a lot to the look.
Very beautiful! He is a talented builder.
Indeed he is talented. He could probably sell plans for that greenhouse. I love it.
I am beyond impressed. That is true artistry.
Ditto everyone else. That counts as one of the most artfully constructed greenhouses I have ever seen. Should I ever get a greenhouse, it is far more likely to be plain though functional, as my DH is a completely utilitarian type of builder.
