Congratulations! Nice to hear good news.
Coffee Break #70 It's 2012!!
Glad he is here safely. Outgrowing 6 mo. outfits already.
Hopefully, one of the other prisoners will get to him. Prisons in Peru are not like here.
Congrats on your new grand nephew, Jen!
Pirl, congrats on you BOTD! Very pretty Asiatic. Can't wait to see them blooming again.
Thanks Louise, Marilyn and Celeste.
So far I've had a good Friday the 13th. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Karen
Nice pic, pirl!
Victor: early on in Jorans incarceration they showed pix of the jail room he is in.
Couldnt happen to a nicer guy. Concrete everywhere,no stainless washbowl or toilet, just a concrete trough.
Congrats on the big guy Jen!!
Now we need to see a photo of the big guy, Jen!
Waiting for them to post more pics on fb
Awwww, what a cutie, Jen...congrats!
Just came back from a walk down memory lane. We went to a high school basketball game at my alma mater. 3 boys in our neighborhood play varsity and the team is really good. It was surreal to be in that same gym after 50 years. The music was rocking; there were 17(!) cheerleaders, and the stands were packed. It was fun to see how the culture has changed over the years. :)
aaaaawwwwwwwwwwww
Sounds like fun Louise
Cute! Looks hungry!
Aside from the MLK memorial being done in China, they got a quote wrong and will now have to pay to have it corrected! Government at its best.
Adorable, Jen! He's a real cutie-pie.
Glad to see Joran will not be living the high life in the Peruvian prison.

"Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful boy", Jen.
I love his chubby cheeks! I noticed the hand crocheted blankie - was ever a child more loved than this one?
Aww
What a handsome boy! Glad you went to the game, Louise...fun to go back in time....
lovely little boy
If you squuze his adorable little cheeks and he cries or moves, then you'll know he's real :)
Cute baby....but big!
very cute! no newborn clothes for him, staight to the 3-6 months. I know, mine were about that size.
LOL, Rosemary
Cool handset, great color, let us know how it works!
I will, if I end up getting it. Haven't decided yet. I like to think about purchases a bit first on anything over $20. That way I don't end up having too many impulse purchases. It's possible I may even forget about it, too. One never knows. I like the lime green one.
Karen
Like "they" say - everything old is new again. LOL!
Wow - they say the captain of that cruise ship that ran aground abandoned ship!
I heard that and that he was arrested.
Oh, I hadn't even heard about the cruise ship. I have been out of the loop news-wise for awhile now.
Karen
I remember reading about that but don't remember why.
Freeze damage?
isn't that what happens when the apple is starting to rot from the inside?
I got to hold him today.....slept the entire time I was there, just a sweetie!!!!!!
Wish I could find the article you read, Debi.
Yes, Jen, it's like it's starting to rot from the inside. The apples look perfect and firm on the outside, then I cut them and they look like that inside. The last dozen I bought all looked like that. I was so mad!
Enjoy the baby! They don't stay young for long.
Thanks Sofonisba. I go to my meeting tonight. I'll let you guys know if I've lost anymore. When I lose, I win. Strange, I know.
Odd about those apples.
Karen
Holicoe Karen good luck I know you will have a loss .
I planted these in October. What a payoff

Gorgeous, Jo! Mine were spectacular last year. I let them go dormant over the summer, and lately been watering them, but no signs of life. I think they're done for. I recently saw some beauties at our local Shaw's, but they're gone now. I wish I had gotten one. They were $10.
