Are you the kind of person to give something without expecting anything in return?
Recently, I have made a new gardening friend. This person is selfless, kind and gentle and has been generous to someone else - even though it is a sacrifice (financially) to do so. (I am being vague so as not to embarass this person in case my thread happens to get much attention.)
Anyway, this person is at a point in life where things have gone rather badly and starting over and leaving family behind was the only way. Relying on others, making due and just getting by is a way of life that I am unfamiliar with, but this person deals with daily.
Gardening is a luxury, and one that many of us take for granted. For this person, it is something to help sanity keep a foothold in what is otherwise a sad and cruel world.
I would like to provide this person with garden blessings and I would like to ask if any of you would like to help out. If you are interested, please email me directly. Maybe you could be the one to help another person find a way back to a happy life again.
Thanks so much.
maybe you are the one
What exactly are you asking for?
You have mail! :-)
Ginger,
As I said in my original post...if you're interested, please email me. I don't want to say anything else in this thread. Thanks.
Also, thanks to all of you who have responded. I knew you all would rise to the occasion and I haven't been disappointed.
God bless the garden angels.
You've got mail.
