Howdy,
I have several Celosia which I have started from seed and I am growing indoors. The plants have started to flower, and I wanted to know when to hand pollinate, and what is the best method for doing so.
Thank you,
Bob
How to hand pollinate Celosia cristata
hello. you should be able to pollinate as soon as the flowers open up. im thinking of celosia, and they seem kinda difficult to hand pollinate. i read that theyre natuarally pollinated by wind/bugs. - hand pollinating, i know, usually is done with a cotton swab. --- im from queens :p
Thanks. I wound up using a tiny paintbrush to hand pollinate. Now I wait and see what happens.
Bob
