Peace lily help

Hi. I have never had luck with peace lillies. I was given one by a good friend who seperated her large one, its about to RIP. Please help me revive it.

We need more information and a photo if possible. How often is it watered? How much light does it get? How often do you feed it?

These plants don't like too much sunlight directed onto them, they also don't like sitting in a pot too large as they like to grow with roots tightly packed growing like the pot is too small, a cool shaded place is best if grown indoors, when I say shaded, that means light but not hot sunshine like close to a sunny window.
The plants like water but, not sitting in a saucer full of water.

As suggested above, can you forward more information as to when you re-potted the plant and have you fed it / over fed it etc, is it indoors or outside growing,
All this info can help you save the plant.
