Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Here I am Victor LOL

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

So funny, Victor....and Jo!! Neededthat laugh!

Celeste, that house is great! Make it yours right away!

Thomaston, CT

Love it! We couldn't find a house that we liked so we built....I would now change many things, but will never have the opportunity, but it was a happy house for us....I would also like a sunroom, Pixie!

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

Love the log cabin. That is like what I wanted too, but settled for my masonite and sandstone. I have a really LARGE sandstone fireplace that you see as you come in the front door. I think that is what sold me right off.

LOL@Victor. That's what my DH wanted too, but he didn't get it either. He doesn't dance either but did agree to do ballroom dancing lessons if I wanted.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I do dance!

Have you felt these quakes lately, crit?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Disgusting, and further proof, if anyone needed it, that the government cannot do ANYTHING right.

Yes victor ... sure have felt the quakes. We had one this summer that happened when I was at work. First one I had ever felt. It was about a 4.5

In the last 4 days we have had a 4.7, 5.6 and last night another 4.7. We have had 29 in the last 4 days but these were the only ones big enough to feel. They were felt as far north as Lawrence, KS and Kansas City, MO.

Let's DANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! (from Footloose) ^_^

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

wow would that freak me out

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow - the 5.6 must have been noticeable!

Thomaston, CT

Well, we've had it all this year....earthquake, flood, hurricane, tornado, & this Oct. nor'easter....what's left?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Plague of locusts??

Thomaston, CT

Appeared to be under the influence of alcohol? What gave them the clue?

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

Yes, it's pretty weird. Never been in one before. We actually felt 3 of them. There was another one yesterday but I didn't feel it. It was like a 3.0. We've had 29 in the last 3 days, but most weren't noticable.

There is a T-shirt out that says "I survived Oklahoma 2011. Snowmagedden, Tornado Superoutbreak, Summer, Oklahoma Earthquakes" with a check mark beside them, then the last one has no checkmark and a blank. LOL it's cute! There are a bunch of shirts out about the quakes now.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Not much better here. We had tornadoes too!

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

We had Quakenado's. lol We were in a thunderstorm and the earthquake hit. I heard rumbling and told DH the storm was coming. I thought it was thunder. Then it sounded like a rush of wind against the wall. There were some 80 mph winds in the storm. Then the house started shaking. UGH! He got up and looked out and there was no wind blowing. We had tornado watches and warnings all over the place, then the EQ. Weird

I heard a rumbling about 25 minutes ago but no shaking. Made the dogs bark. Maybe it was a truck or something, although we don't get much of that on our little road.

Thomaston, CT

Guess it's crazy everywhere...sunspots?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Had the chance to have a private tour of the Woolworth Bldg downtown, one of my favorite bldgs. But was the same day my son gets inducted to the Jr Nat Honor Society. Oh well.

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

That job doesn't pay very much and you have to eat a whole lot of catered food.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Guess numerologists will have a tough time sleeping tonight!

Thomaston, CT

I wish I had waited to write my checks for tomorrow!

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

That's great, Victor! Tell him we are all impressed that he will not likely end up in prison like his Dad! But then, holding an office these days might provide a shortcut!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Or vice versa! Thank you.

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Going to see a life-size replica of "the tabernacle" in Lancaster, PA then lunch then hitting the outlets. I'm just going to window shop. I'm just going to window shop. I'm just... Maybe if I tell myself that over and over I'll believe it. Actually, I'm going with a ladies group and I'm just going to window shop. ,)

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

LOL Jan
