Arlington, TX

the weather around here stays abover freezing till decenber sometimes so i got 3 months till it gets real cold.
Iv already planted them and they are now sprouting. the pack of seed was only $1.50
so i wont be out much it they produce nothing.

just tired of failing at growing Squashs the last 2 years.
At least my tomaoto plants are still alive, hopefully they will produce when it cools off.

They look nice. Be sure and give them something to climb on. Even the bush-type do better with some sort of support.

I am growing some beans too. I have a couple different varieties (both pole-type) and they are about the same height as yours so far. Good luck!

My tomatoes all bit the dust while I was on vacation (no rain). I did pick up 3 transplants for $1 at HEB and have them in the ground, but don't know if I'll have time or not for them to produce.

Your beans should make. The only problem you might have is bugs. Bugs seem to be more of a problem with beans, squash, etc. when planted in the fall than in the spring.
