Dropping down to 62° tonight under a moonlit sky, possibility of isolated thunderstorms in some areas.

Threatened rain all day but didn't rain till on the way home from dinner. Went to a 9/11 memorial and dedication early afternoon and then to church picnic

Weather remained cool this weekend. Never above low 70's. It was a chance to dig like crazy. Sunday there was a threat of rain but it hasn't come yet.

It was a wonderful day at the fair...temp was in the low 70's with some sun.....

Went to the jumper classic this afternoon. Am. flag & sponsor's flag flew at half staff all day.

thunder rumbling right now, they changed the forecast to chance of rain tomorrow and sunny Tues but back to rain the rest of the week...weekend looks good so far but I don't believe it this far out

Went to the fitness center this morning and am cooling off now on the deck. Very pleasant and no mosquitoes yet.

YAY! on outdoor recess....my son has lunch earlier than my daughter and didn't get playground time cause it was still wet but my daughter did, WOW was my son mad!!!

Went up to the low 80s today.....a mess in our town....gasoline tanker overturned this morning on Route 8, which is the major highway in western CT to Mass. Well, Route 8 will be closed until tomorrow afternoon because of the contamination from 5,000 gallons of spilled gas......so the traffic is being rerouted down our Main St. & up past my dam.....couldn't even get out of my road today....bummer. The driver, thankfully, was not injured....

Pitch black at 7:30. Bummer!!

Well, we had the outdoor recess. Mosquitoes and yellow jackets were doing their part to make it a fun time. Supposed to be even hotter tomorrow. We always seem to have a week like this after school starts. Inside the school it is miserable.

Very nice and cool here all day, although a bit too sunny, glad to see it cloud up a little towards the pm, the sun should'nt be up at 7:30 anyway, it should be in bed by 6:30 at the latest. ☺
Got a sun-shower which lasted about ½ hour this afternoon, not your 'normal light' sun-shower, but rather a persistent rain, - the plants and all the happy birds appreciated it though..

60 now going to 82.. supposed to be humid again .. so nice out now though.. alarm went off and the moon blinded me.. hate this time of year!!.. missing the sun already

It's 61 now heading for a high of 78 and sunny. This sucks....Im going to miss most of this beautiful day!
