shrinking lamium shell pink

I planted 2 lamium "Shell pink" plants about 4 years ago. The second year they seemed to thrive and even had a few flowers.
Since then the plants are shrinking (down to an area of about 4" X 4" and 1" tall) and no flowers.
Please help!!

Can you post some pictures and say some more about the conditions they're in (sun/shade, water, fertilizer, etc)?
