There are those of Emma swap 2010.All flowers have no stamens. Easy to cross!
Then one day I cross with Hatsu Arashi ... another day with Q1044 etc ....

This one also has no stamens but it is a type Yaguruma (leaves) ... it's more normal to be a little sterile.But sometimes has beautiful flowers.

The leaves are like spinach leaves - cold and brittle.

I guess a mouse or an insect has cut some of the root.Sniff...sniff.

I've had a rodent kill my vines by chewing clean through them near the base of the vines. Grrrr ... I hope you are able to scare the varmint off!

Becky, thats horrible. Wonder what a person could use to scare off the rodents?
