Kudzu bugs on my pole beans

I made a post in the vegetable gardening forum to see if anyone else has any experience with this new pest. I had a only a few last year. I pulled the beans out after taking the photo and, except for a few straglers, the bugs are back in the kudzu next door. They love lugumes. Any suggestions? Help!
