those re beauties Karen
I agree! Don't you just love the month of July? ^_^
After this thread, more daylilies and lilies are in my future!
Karen, Wow beautiful! Love the one your mom really liked! Very pretty. I don't want to give you the wrong info so just make sure this is the one you have http://www.bayeradvanced.com/rose-flower-care/products/all-in-one-rose-flower-care That's the one I use, I use it on all my Bulb Lilies, Roses and Hibiscus. There are two versions, one's a concentrate that you mix with water. The other is a granule that you mix into the soil then water in. I tried the granules this year, it is easier for me.
Pixie I love the lilies! What a true purple Phlox! I didn't think they actually were purple. Very cool.
Love them! I had seen one at HD labeled Blue Paradise but it didn't look any where near the color of yours. IT had way more pink in it. Sometimes I think HD tries to pass plants off as the wrong cultivar. Either that or your soil just makes them a prettier color. I notice flowers that I think will have an orange pink always have much less orange and way more pink in my yard. Must be something in the soil that does it.
Wow pixie thats what I call a row of lilies.
Is your Laura a tall phlox or Little Laura.?
I am wondering if there is a difference between LL and L .
LL is listed at 24 inches.
Is your Blue phlox tall?
I am looking at holes in the garden where I could use phlox.
love it ... love it.. oh Celeste my bunny eaten blue paradise is recovering!!!
What a parade of beauties....loved the lilies....and my Blue Paradise is pale lavender!
Laura is approx. 2 1/2 feet tall and Blue paradise is maybe 3 or 3 1/2 feet.
wow nice
wow you are loaded up with pretties!!
Thanks Pixie. I think Little Laura and Laura are one in the same. I'm looking at that. Thanks for the Lavander report Allison.I suspected as much. This was going in a lot of sun and It might have a tendancy to go lavander where I wanted blue.
Guys and gals, Beautiful shots and gorgeous flowers, been very busy lately to post mine.
i agree beautiful!
