It stalk is fuzzy and under the leaves are fuzzy too and the pepper size is small

Tiny pictures are hard to tell but from your description, sounds like a variant of a Goat's Weed Pepper. I'm growing Black Cobra this year and they're a fuzzy, very prolific pepper. Extremely tall as well. Mine are all over 4 ft. with tree-like growth. These peppers can be very hot. Tried one the other day and had to make my way back to the kitchen for a glass of milk :)

If it's Goat's Weed the peppers will start green, then turn dark purple/black, then red as they mature.

Yea I researched enough to find out that when they mature they turn purple more then red
