High was 88° wasn't that humid but as the sun was setting it was getting there, it's now up to 78%

65 now going to 90

Sounds like the way the summer people expect to drive out here, Allison: 65 going to 90.

73 now but awful humidity of 95% (like breathing pea soup out there), going up to 88. I'm going out to weed.

Today hot so I am going out to turn on the water for the veggies.

Yes, hot again. The only way I endured the heat was by imagining how the workers across the street, working with cutting bluestone, must be feeling. It's been going on for a very long time...as in weeks! I don't know how they can tolerate it with the view of the water and a swimming pool to look at all day long as they sweat.

It makes me feel less of a wimp because I did put in five hours before I quit. High was 85 and it doesn't feel it could get low enough for me to enjoy any more work this afternoon.

82 with 64% H. now. AC feels fantastic.

If you love summer and the heat, and your inside I pray for you. If your inside and dont have AC, I pray for you harder.

90 and humid here right now. Had to come in from the garden at the insistence of You Know Who! The air is on and it's getting colorful outside, so I'm all set! It's times like these that DG comes in really handy!

88° there is a breeze outside. Too hot to go grocery shopping so will do tomorrow in the morning when it is cooler. Work being done on the house so didn't do it today. Sideing was replaced where last yr downy woodpeckers did holes. this type of thing is supposed to be a trick of juvenile birds so hope they nest elsewhere.

Tomorrow - Brutal here and then Brutal T-Storms. Oh great another one.

Paving on the road all day today....what a mess! At one point the road was totally closed, & Suey & I had to sit in the dam parking lot.....the worker finally yelled over to me, using my FIRST name, that it was OK to use the road....have no idea who this man is, if it's a former student , I don't like him using my first name! Any way, temp is 88 but a nice breeze is making it bearable....concert on the green tonight, T-storms later....

Just came back in from the incinerator out there. The vegetable garden is like a brick! I'm hoping for some rain tonight! With all the re-doing of my flower gardens, I've paid little or no attention to the veggies this year. Tonight is NOT the night to start!

We hit 89 out here in the country, town made it to 93. They are saying country will be 90 tomorrow....didn't even look to see what the city would be but it's usually 4 -5 degree's warmer. I'm heading to the beach tomorrow, watch out Sandpipers....you'll be needing to share the beach!
