I went to the boat landing the other day, and while waiting for the boat to unload I got myself a little vaudeville act!
These rwo seagulls were walking across the park side-by-side chatting.

They sounded like one of those couples who has been married 50 - 60 years and thrive on bickering.

Back and forth they went...just a bi*ching.

They stop, and I can only assume one is telling the other a joke.....

which the other found offensive because a battle ensued.

I was a bit shocked as they had gotten along amicably for the last 15 minutes.

Finally one gives up and takes off! They were very noisy.

Or it may have been the shadow that passed over us that made them disperse. I looked up and this osprey was flying over head.

I snapped as many shots as I could.

He didn't stay around long.

There was a full grown eagle off in the distance but my lens wouldn't reach so I settled on this guy for as long as he'd let me. :)
