Desert Rose and Fungicide

Santa Ana, CA

I live in southern California which is assumed to be an ideal place to grow desert roses, but this year the weather has been too humid (especially at nights - sometimes 80%). If I leave my desert roses outside in the porch, next day I notice white patches of powdery mildew on the leaves. So I take them inside every night to prevent this problem.

I've heard that desert roses don't react well to fungicides/ pesticides especially with oily content like Neem oil. What would you recommend to use that could be safe?
Thank you
