Triple main stem on lychee plant

Hello,

I am completely new to gardening and have started growing a few fruits from seed. One of these was a lychee tree and it seems to have sprouted 3 stems. I am guessing this is some kind of mutation. Should I keep the strongest stem and cut the other 2 or just leave it be? I can take a picture if need be.
