What is the brightest white Gypsophila?

I am planting a new garden focusing on brillian whites, black/brown/deep reds, and silvers. I'd like to include a bright white, profusely flowering, long stemmed (not compact) Gypsophila. From the web sites I've viewed I can't tell which Gypsophila(s) fit these requirements. I hope someone with first hand knowledge can provide guidance.
