Rear tine tiller

I'm thinking about buying a rear tine tiller and wonder if any gardeners have recommendations about brands or sizes. My garden is 500 ft/sq. but I'm also going to till my neighbors and sons gardens, both in spring and in fall so need something strong and reliable. Any thoughts?

My neighbor has a Craftsman that is borrowed by all of us and it does a good job even in the sandstone embedded soil we have.

Rear tine tillers are a bit easier on the back than front tine tillers also...that is a big plus in my book.
