a Green Heron...
Hi All!
Welcome back after a long absent, Burd. Geez! What you've collected and shared is worth of my whole year watching and hoping. Great shots, the Green Heron is especially my fav. Something about it standing/position. Hope everthing is going well there for you.
Thanks Lily! Things are good here, I get shots when I can, things are picking up now that nesting season is about wrapped up..more birds showing themselves again.
Nice pics! That Grackle face on is superb!
Any predictions for your #200?
Resin
Love all your water birds.
Thanks! Resin, other than the Virginia Rail I missed shots of (too much brush) I have not a clue..lol.
Wonderful shots, Burd. I LOVE the one of the Red-tailed Hawk vocalising.
Such great shots of all your birds, but that grackle bathing is adorable. Such a wonderful variety!!
Wonderful series of photos Burd! We had wondered where you were ans so glad you are back! Am so jealous of your Wood Thrush shot and the young eagle is amazing!
Congratulations Burd; thats a great one to get.
We have had more black billed ones. I know of the yellow becasue it is the one which 'sounds' like a cuckoo. I understand that they are quite secretive.
YAY!!!! congratulation, well done. Nice one to get for the 200!
Well done, Burd.
