French Tarragon - help

I am not a beginning gardener but I have recently moved from New Hampshire to North Carolina and something is eating my French Tarragon. My plants (3) are located in a planting box and I have had them there for about 4 years and they were doing great until today! I was watering my boxes and noticed that something has eaten all the leaves of my french tarragon leaving me only stems!! I have 6 boxes all placed together and have a box of just dill, and the other boxes have green beans, yellow beans, tomatoes and basil (just started coming up) that I planted from seed. Nothing else has been touched and I didn't think anything ate french tarragon, please help!!
