Cukes are yellow!

Montgomery, TX

Had a few good ones a while back. Now all of them are coming out yellow. They are big enough to pick, but don't know why they are yellow. Eat them anyway? Haven't tried yet. The earlier ones that were green were great.

Usually when they turn yellow they are old and tough. Are yours? Do they start out green?

Yes they are old but they are still edible. Just remove the seeds. Make them Japanise style

No, they never were green (except the earlier ones) they are the right size, just yellow.
