what is wrong with my ka-blooey blueberry bush

Jackson, TN

I bought a ka-blooyey blueberry bush via a catalog in March of 2010. Since I live in zone 7, Jackson,Tn., I was able to plant it in March,2010. It is now in i'ts second year and I have not seen 1 blossom. It looks healthy and green but where are the blossoms. It is self-polinating.

Iowa Park, TX(Zone 7b)

Hey spidermitehater, This is off topic but I like your name! I have lived in places where the spidermites were terrible and we could not get rid of the little beasts - they would kill almost everything in the garden. I recently heard about potassium bicarbonate (made by GreenCure) being used as a fungicide by organic growers. In the "common questions" someone asked if it was safe for bees. In the answer they mention that potassium bicarbonate has shown some insecticidal properties against mites and aphids. Have you ever tried it (Green Cure) for a spidermite problem? Thankfully, where I live now spidermites are not a problem but I am still curious.

If this is too off topic I will come back and edit this (delete it.)
