Cordyline Red Star Issues

Hi Everyone!
I'm hoping that someone can help me with my Cordylines. As you can see in the photos, the leaves are turning brown and look as though they're burned. I'm in Southern California (Anaheim Hills) and I water about 10 minutes every-other-day.
Could it be from under watering, over watering, disease?

Any help would be great.
