Tiny Worms Invading my Tomatoes

I picked one of my tomatoes today and noticed it had tiny white worms inside on one side. Can someone tell me what that might be and how I would fight it organically?

I also had one corn stalk completely laying over and when I looked, there were red ants crawling out of the bottom of the stalk. Looks like they ate it and the stalk finally fell over with the strong winds we were having this morning. How do I prevent this?
