Meyer Lemon Trees

I have had a Meyer Lemon Tree in a huge pot outside my home on a side patio where it gets lots of sun. Its leaves are dark green and it gets blossoms and tiny beginnings of lemons. However, they drop off and I never get any lemons. I was told to use iron as a fertilizer for it which I have done to no avail. I water it and take excellent care of it. What other ideas do people have for me to do to coax it into bearing fruit?

Do you fertilize with l3-l3-l3. That will help. Also, Citus fertilizer will help. Also, watering in the spring & summer will help.
