yep
"She said she’ll have to weigh her options in deciding whether or not to move to Denver with her husband and 17-year-old daughter, the area property tax playing a role in her decision."

Thats Entertainment #9
Same as with their dream house. Everyone sells it. It's the capital gains tax that's the problem - not so much the property tax. It counts as income.
oohh yeah.. need to pay with winning taxes.. ouch
Only thing I could think of doing to keep it is get a home equity immediately on it (you do own 100% of it) and use that for tax. Then rent it out and pay off the home equity with that.
big risk.. if someone trashed the place
Have to have a reliable realtor in charge.
They can always sell that and the truck and get the heck out of Sayreville, that place is turning into a real dump!!!
The creator of The Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island, Sherwood Schwartz, died at 94.
The "Roseanne" show did a tribute to Mr. Schwartz many years ago...I didn't understand the concept at the time, but I understand it now.
It's a comedy thing.
Comedy and Roseanne never went together for me. Still don't.
Trouble dealing with angry women ???
Please stay away from Plymouth County...
Ginger from Gilligan's Island died
:(
Awe geez, lots are passing this year!
Oh, how weird - the day after the creator.
Really???
I haven't heard this anywhere.
Wow - Harry Potter shattered the record for opening weekend and will likely be the largest grossing film ever! I hope to see it this week.
Really sad to see Borders go out. How long will B&N last? And, ironically, those mega-bookstores killed off the neighborhood ones. Bummer.

Gilligan's Island is one of those shows I loved as a kid, but when I attempted to watch it as an adult, I could not believe I ever watched it! So silly. And these shows were originally shown in prime time and aimed at adults!
Agreed, Victor, but every once in a while a few drinkies on a "nostalgia night" revives the sentimental value of those simplistic shows.
(Don't forget the popcorn!)
And there always is Ginger and Maryann!!
you mean maryann and ginger:)
This looks interesting. I'll set the dvr for the rebroadcast.

Wow - Amy Winehouse dead.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2018020/Amy-Winehouse-confirmed-dead.html
not surprised.. but still sad
Not surprised at all either, shame there was no one in her life to help her
I found it interesting they wrote that her death was unexplained. I bet if you polled Americans one out of every 3 who knew who she was would say she overdosed. Very sad.
She overdosed a few times before. Heard this AM on the radio that her dad wrote her eulogy years ago.
Yes, was just reading that no one was shocked by it....they expected it.
Some people are just lost causes. They get tons of second chances and blow it anyway. Absolutely selfish My sympathy is limited.
good observation Victor.
She is added to the 27 Club along with all the others.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/27_Club
My friend made a good observation....more people seemed more upset with her death then over the deaths in Norway
I feel sorry there was no one in her life to help her but she did it to herself, the people in Norway were innocents
Yes, and that's always the case. Typical celebrity worship.
I actually had to go on Youtube to check out her music...I knew who she was but couldn't name ANYTHING she sang
Same here. Songs I heard played with the reporting of her death were pretty awful.
Hear about Alex Trebek blowing out his achilles while chasing a thief?!!
yeah.. brave or crazy?
He did it mainly because she swiped a bracelet from his mom. Though they caught her, no bracelet.
