Its actually more brown. Now that I know more about iris rules. I wish I had gotten a name.
The woman was digging and selling all her iris cheap. She was undergoing CA treatment and couldnt find help. Very rural area there.

The Evening Sunset rose is wonderful....love the noid clem, too....so bright! Here's Jacob's Ladder, which something is eating....also, I must have a cutworm, tops of tulips, & now iris Harlow Gold, all cut off at the bloom :(

Nice Jo! I was just looking at mine, buds are just starting to open but there's 10 of them there.
Don't you just love the surprise of seeing something blooming? I tour the garden daily, but sometimes don't notice something til it's in bloom.
