I live in San Antonio, TX and every winter I have been cutting down my Mexican Heather along with my Cigar Bushes, Trumpet Bushes, and Lantana. I am wanting all of these to get nice and big, so I was wondering if it is a necessity for me to cut them to the ground in the winter?
Do I have to cut down in the winter?
