Nice week continues, though today was not great. Lots of clouds.
Weather in Your Garden # 96
Now an earthquake in Spain!
was a strange day... actually got chilly this morning when the clouds rolled in.. then sun came out.. and it was nice again
How horrible to see all that flooding. This has been some horrible year for disasters.
Heavy overcast here again. 68.
Global warming.....many severe storms are an indication.
Very disappointing start to the day. Cold wind, grey skies, then late in the day the sun came out and the temperature climbed. Ended up being quite warm while I worked at the herb garden.
I'm noticing the droughts in Kansas and the floods in Tennessee. There's something wrong with this picture.
I'm hoping for a nice day for the garden club tomorrow.
Nasty, raw day here.
glad that the surgery went well, pirl. Be good about your drops. It is so good to have clear vision.

54° and dropping
Hoping everything goes well with you Arlene. ☺
Thanks, Lucy and WC.
Tomorrow the bandage comes off and I start with the eye drops. Got 100% on my last schedule of drops. It's such a small price to pay for good vision.
Good to hear, Pirl
Glad everything is going OK Pirl, be good and do what the doctor says.
Praying for 100% again, Pirl
Another gorgeous day here - I'll be taking the 5 yr old to the aquarium for his birthday.
Sounds like fun Jan, have a good time!
Will do!
Yes - another winner on tap today. 61 and clear.
46 here and overcast, should clear up some and reach 60.
Snow in CO today.
..they have that unpredictable 'mountain weather' weather.
57°, but it feels like 54° since the wind from the Northeast at 12, and it's mostly cloudy outside.
Going up to 64° today with a little more sun for this afternoon. Tonight will be mostly clear, with temps dropping to about 48°.
Ditto to WC. Tonight will be mostly dark.
LOL Pirl!
Very bright and sunny day - twice as good with my 20/20 vision now! Love my doctor!
WooHoo!!!!! Great news
Awesome time at the aquarium. By coincidence one of the seals was named Luke. He thought that was just great!
A top ten of day today! Sunny, 70, and breezy..... Jan, that's so cute! Pirl, glad your vision is back....soon you'll be in the garden again!
Started out very windy and 48, slowly crept up to 55 but still cloudy until almost 2. Sunny now, wind has died down some and it's nice working weather EXCEPT FOR THE BUGS!!!!!!!!!! I have a quazimoto face right now :(
:(
Left eye is almost swollen shut, bridge of my nose and the cornor of the other eye is puffed up too. Not to mention the welts on my ears and neck...I must of stirred them up while weeding.
Ugh. Feel better. Bugs not too bad here yet. Was working in an area with lots of PI today.
Yes - perfect day visiting by the pond right now with a cup of coffee.
Gorgeous day here and I was out weeding by 12:30.
Sorry to hear about all your welts, Celeste. The bug must like you too much.
Jan - the seal named Luke must have been a huge hit.
With better vision now, pirl (pirl vision!! ^_^) no weeds will escape your wrath!
Pirl vision for sure! They try and hide but I find them! What a week to see all the beauty that spring brings.
So glad for you Pirl! ^_^
Seeing, smelling, touching, hearing! (Haven't tasted anything from the garden this week.)
Thanks, Celeste.
Jack and I each had 16 asparagus spears with dinner - heavenly.
I had a ham sandwich for lunch, it was wonderful.
56° clear skies
You grow ham, WC?!
No, unfortunately, they don't overwinter in my zone...
Another A+ day high was 72°
LOL
